RANDOM 'NEW WORLD ORDER' REFERENCE IN TIMES ONLINE (UK)

Ok, weird...I found this article when searching for "new world order alcohol" to see if there was any evidence that "these people" (NWO people) want us to be drinking a lot etc.

But the first result I get is an article titled "Can you see where we fit in the new world order?" but makes no other references in the article about "New World Order".

Is this a tactic to slowly and carefully ease the term "New World Order" into our vocabulary so when it comes more to a head we the public feel more comfortable with the term?
